Should you have a problem we can quickly enable access to our web-based Email Continuity system where your staff can logon to their email securely from any Internet browser.
When using the web-based Email Continuity interface users are able to send and receive emails, have access to all their email accounts, archived emails and use all the normal email functions. This enables you to carry on business as usual even if everybody is sent home. This also ensures no employee will use their personal email accounts to continue working which could potentially lose you important email archive records.
Our Email Continuity service is also available for an additional per user charge as a standalone, permanent alternative email service for your organisation. Depending on your requirements this could give you important flexibility for remote workers or out of office personnel.
